BCCO will offer a three-concert tour in France June 15-24, 2025
Enjoy 8 nights, 9 days in France with the opportunity to explore Paris & Tours, get to know your fellow singers better, sing more, and bring BCCO’s music to new audiences!
Ming Luke will conduct us in three concerts featuring soloists from the US and France, plus a French orchestra and a collaborating French choir. We will be performing the Fauré Requiem from our fall semester and the Saint-Säens Requiem from our spring semester. We expect to have 80-100 travelers on this tour. Our tour is being managed by Classical Movements, and BCCO alto Linda Berti is our tour coordinator.

Considerations before you sign up (please read!)
- You are making a commitment by signing up. Please pay attention to the cancellation terms in the itinerary
- IMPORTANT: Near the top of the page, mark the checkbox Sign up to manage your booking and supply a password so that you can log in later and make any adjustments or future payments.
- If you have a valid passport, please have ready with you visit the tour signup page.
- If your passport expires after Dec 24, 2025, you can enter passport information in the signup page. In the passport section, be sure to enter your name EXACTLY as it appears in your passport.
- If your passport expires before Dec 24, 2025 or you do not have one yet, then you can enter that info on the form, then remember to separately start the process for obtaining your passport soon! A page with info about passport renewals is here
- If you have frequent flyer info for Lufthansa please list that number for proper credit for the trip.
- If you have a TSA Known Traveler number please record that — i.e., Global Entry, TSA Precheck
- If you select land only you will need your flight information, dates of travel, arrival airport, flight #, arrival times and confirmation # of flight. You can come back to the wetravel site and add this later once you’ve obtained your flights.
- If you know who you want as a roommate please list, and make sure your roommate lists you as well!
- The payment options are credit card, which applies a processing fee, or ACH transfer, not checks.
- Finally: Travelers Insurance is HIGHLY recommended! In the event the tour is cancelled (civic unrest, public health concerns, transportation strike, etc) your tour payment is at risk without it. There are many different insurance carriers and different coverages available. The tour company mention a couple of companies in the itinerary. If you want coverage for cancellation anytime for anything, it most likely needs to be booked between 14-21 days of booking your first deposit.
